Frequently asked questions
Standard leadtime is 10 working days from receipt of order. For an upcharge, some products can be shipped in 24 or 48 hours. The standard color is gray. Ten other colors are available at no additional cost. Most of our products ship motor freight, FOB our factory and collect unless specified otherwise. Some of our smaller ladders can ship UPS. The following shows freight class designations for our product lines:Rolling Ladders, setup – Class 300 Fixed ladders w/ cages – Class 300 Rolling Ladders, knocked down – Class 150 Workmaster Series – Class 150 Office Ladders – Class 150 Track Ladders – Class 125 Fixed ladders w/out cages – Class 85 If your ladder arrives damaged, either refuse the shipment or sign for the ladder as damaged. You will then need to file a claim with the freight carrier. If your ladder is signed for free and clear and damage is noted once packaging is removed, call the freight carrier immediately. They will instruct you on filing a claim for reimbursement. |
